Function Room Package — $49.95 per person
A comfortable, private setting for your next celebration.

Our Function Room accommodates up to 80 seated guests or 100 cocktail-style.
Celebration Package — from $79 per person
Enjoy great food, drinks and space to celebrate with family, friends or colleagues.

Wedding Reception Package — from $99 per person

Exclusive Club Hire — $1,500
Make the whole club yours for your next event.
Includes four hours of exclusive venue hire, covering the bar, restaurant, pool, snooker, darts and gaming areas, as agreed for your booking.
Chef catering is available separately. Food and drinks are additional.
Additional hours, staffing and security requirements will be discussed and quoted for your event.

Our venue offers a variety of versatile spaces to suit gatherings of all sizes.
The spacious main bar and dance floor area is perfect for weddings, birthdays, live entertainment, larger celebrations, and club fundraisers, offering plenty of room for dining, dancing, and socialising.
For smaller or more personal occasions, our private function room provides a comfortable and welcoming setting, ideal for meetings, memorial services, family gatherings, and special events. It also includes a lovely covered outdoor deck area for warm summer events.
We can tailor seating and layouts to suit your needs, ensuring the space works perfectly for your occasion.
Catering Made Easy
We offer a range of catering options to suit every style of event and budget, from affordable memorial catering and generous buffet menus, to elegant canapés, à la carte meals, and full food and beverage packages - everything can be arranged on-site for your convenience.
Our team is also happy to work with you on custom menu options, helping you create a dining experience that suits your guests and your occasion perfectly.

Frequently Asked Questions
Contact our team to confirm availability and complete the booking details. Your booking is confirmed once accepted by Hibiscus Coast Community RSA and we have received the required $200 booking deposit.
The deposit is deducted from your final invoice where applicable.
If you cancel within four weeks (28 days) of your event, the $200 deposit is forfeited. This compensates the Club for the lost booking and the likelihood that the date cannot be re-booked at short notice.
For cancellations more than 28 days before the event, Management may refund the deposit at its discretion if the venue is successfully re-booked for the same date.
Final catering numbers must be confirmed at least seven working days before your function.
The Function Room Package requires a minimum of 40 guests.
The Celebration and Wedding Reception packages require a minimum of 100 guests. Reduced numbers may be considered by prior arrangement with Management.
The private Function Room accommodates up to 80 seated guests or 100 cocktail-style.
The Main Bar accommodates up to 160 seated guests, or up to 200 when dance floor seating is used. We'll discuss the layout with you, including how much space you need for dancing.

Yes. Choose two meats, two sides and two salads from our buffet menu, plus one dessert for the Function Room or Celebration Package. The Wedding Reception Package includes two dessert choices.
Additional dishes and custom menus can be discussed with our chef.
Please tell us about allergies and dietary requirements when booking so we can discuss suitable options with our chef. Include the number of guests affected when confirming your catering details.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. A celebration cake may be brought in by prior arrangement, and a cake fee may apply.
Food and beverages may not be removed from the premises.
We offer a sound system and microphones, a projector and screen, and tables and seating arranged for your event. Dance floor access is available where applicable.
Please discuss your equipment needs when booking. Tablecloth hire carries an additional fee.
Yes. Decorations must not be attached using pins, staples or adhesive tape. Blu Tack is recommended.
All decorations must be removed immediately after the function. A cleaning charge may apply if decorations remain.
Additional hours may be available by arrangement. Please discuss your requirements with our team so we can confirm availability and any additional charges.
Our team will discuss this with you when booking. If your function requires a Special Licence, please allow at least 25 working days before the event. A licence fee may apply.
Yes. Free venue hire remains available for Returned and Service members' funerals and memorials. Catering through the RSA Women's Section starts from $18 per person.

Our general free venue hire offer ends on 1 November 2026. Our updated function options include packages and separate venue hire.
School fundraisers, community group bookings are subject to Management agreement and applicable terms.
